No cash refunds; exchange or store credit only. |

Store receipt required. |

Must be within 14 days of purchase. |

Paper, die cuts, stickers, idea books/magazines, pens, software, rubber stamps, punches (unless defective), and packaged/sealed items that have been opened are not returnable or exchangeable. |
| Crops |
|
|
Friday crop hours are 6 - midnight. |
|
A fee of $5 is charged for Friday evening crops. |
|
We do not reserve seats. We do allow customers to hold seats up until 6:30 pm at which time the seats become available. |
|
Crop participants must be at least 16 years of age for our evening crops. |
|
We ask that croppers be checked out by 11:30 pm. |
| Classes |
|
|
Classes must be paid for in advance; we do accept phone registration with credit card payment. |
|
48 hour or more notice is required when canceling otherwise class fee is forfeited. Should we need to cancel a class, a refund or class transfer is available. |
|
Students receive a 20% discount on class night for store purchases. |
| Restroom |
|
|
Please be aware that the public restroom for our strip mall is located outside of the store. It is a locked room and we do have a key at our front counter. We do have an employee restroom in the store, which is available to croppers and class participants only. |
